• Over 10 years of professional experience in development cooperation working as key and non-key expert in projects funded by the European Commission, UNDP, African Union, etc
• Over 15 years of professional experience in the public administration sector, proven through advisory and capacity building support at the central level of several public administrations including the Ministry of Justice in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burkina Faso and the electoral administrations of Togo, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI) etc
• Excellent writing skills and extensive experience in producing activity reports;
• Conduct of various assistance missions for the implementation of institutional and administrative reforms
